Research Pacific Hong Kong features new upgraded
Focus Group (FGD) facilities. The office is
conveniently located at Causeway Bay near Times
Square in the heart of the Hong Kong business
district. Outfitted with full FGD facilities the
premises boasts several features that will make
quality FGD observation and recording possible. To
achieve this the facility is fully set-up for audio
and video recording, positioned in such a way as to
be unobtrusive to the participants. A comfortable
viewing room provides direct access to groups in
progress via a one way mirror. |

In addition to the FGD facilities, Research Pacific
Hong Kong also offers telephone survey resources
with 12 phone stations in the office. Further
upgrading will occur throughout the remainder of the
year with the introduction of full CATI
capabilities by the end of this quarter. |
